We began our business in 1997 in the small community of Northwest Landing in DuPont. Knowing the expected growth of this planned community, we were confident that if we built our business on integrity and hard work we would become successful.
Today, we routinely clean hundreds of homes in Dupont's Northwest Landing and in the Town of Steilacoom. Our housekeepers are uniformed and trained; our company is fully insured and licensed. When we send our team members to your home, they are classified employees -- which protects homeowners from liability.
Fort Lewis is nearby and a natural employment base for finding quality Team Members. This is a bonus for our quality of life commitment we make to our Team Members.
Living where we work creates a natural comfort level for both ourselves, our employees, and our clients. The short driving time for our housekeepers enables us to offer greater incentives. This creates minimal turnover which is the number one issue in the cleaning industry. In 2000, the Home Cleaning Division was renamed Home Town Housekeeping.
